Payment & Fulfillment
For approved bulk and corporate orders, we take a 50% advance deposit to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. Established repeat clients can move to invoice-based payment after a few completed orders.
Plan for 10–14 days lead time on bulk orders, longer during peak wedding season (October–February) — this is separate from the standard retail shipping estimates shown elsewhere, since bulk orders need real production and assembly time.
